摘要
设备管理在生产管理过程中至关重要,它贯穿整个生产管理过程,是安全管理、现场管理的重要组成部分。为此,结合自身管理现状以及管理发展的需求,本文提出了"五化"模式;通过推行"五化"模式,不断精细设备管理,不断规范设备操作,确保设备管理到位,生产平稳安全。
Equipment management is a very important part of safe management and on site management,which is the key point in process of production management.It affects production management from beginning to the end.In accordance with the present condition and requirement of management developing,the＂five targets＂mode was brought forward.The purpose is to continuously subtilize the equipment management,make equipment operation standard,and stabilize the safe production.
