摘要
报告1例表现为皮肤红斑、黏膜糜烂的铅中毒。患者男,61岁。反复躯干红斑7个月,口腔黏膜糜烂2个月。曾误诊为"皮肌炎、副肿瘤性天疱疮",给予糖皮质激素及免疫抑制剂治疗,症状无明显缓解。查血铅升高,经依地酸钙钠驱铅治疗后治愈。
A case of lead poisoning with erythema and mucosal erosion is reported. The patient was 61 years Old man. He had suffered with skin lesions for 7 months and oral mucosal erosion for 2 months. He had been misdiagnosed as dermatomyositis and paraneoplastic pemphigus and treated with glucoeortieoid and immunosuppressive agents, with no response. After checking with the lead concentration in his blood and urine, the diagnosis of lead poisoning was confirmed. He was treated with sodium calcium edetate and the symptoms improved.
