摘要
通过调查确立了陕西省主要消费的消耗臭氧层物质(ODS)清单,统计了2008年陕西省消费各种ODS的数量。根据各物质用作不同用途的排放特点,计算了2008年这些物质实际排放量的全球变暖潜势(GWP)值,并分析了其对温室效应的贡献。结果表明,陕西省消费的ODS有8种,主要集中在清洗行业和制冷行业,西安市为主要消费区域。2008年陕西省主要排放的ODS按照GWP值折算,相当于104 082.11 t当量碳。
The paper has made an investigation and worked out a detailed list of ozone depletion substances (ODS) emission in Shaanxi Province so as to determine the status of the consumption of ODS. Based on the emission characteristics of the different uses of each substance, we have calculated the global warming potential (GWP) volumes of actual emission of these substances. The results of our investigation reveal that there exist eight kinds of ODS consumption in Shaanxi, that is, CFC-113, CFC-12, Halon-1211, TCA, CTC, HCFC- 22, HCFC - 141b and methyl bromide. In 2008, the total consumption of ODS was 679.95 t. The consumption of ODS mainly focused on the cleaning industry and the refrigeration industry, with their corresponding proportion of 16.90% and 81.42% , respectively. According to the places under study, Xi' an consumed the most ODS, with Baoji and Xianyang followed. The three Cities account for 86.84% of the total consumption of ODS in the whole province. The emission of GWP of ODS in 2008 accounts for 104 082.11 t of carbon equivalent. Of the total ODS consumption, CFC - 12 accounts for the biggest share of contribution to the green house effect in the province in 2008, and the next contributor is GWP, which is 199 750. Our investigation also proves that CFC- 12 emission mainly comes from the maintenance of the air conditioning system of the out-of-date vehi- cles. However, the problem is expected to be solved with the efforts to eliminate such out-of-date vehicles gradually. The amount of GWP due to the emission of HCFC - 22 was 10 250.8. What is more, HCFC- 22 emission is likely to be rising year by year with the in- crease of the domestic refrigeration facilities, which may account for its contribution to the green house effect. When the ODS substitutes are chosen, its impact on the green house effect should be taken into serious consideration. In that case, the best policy is to choose the ODS substitutes with lower GWP.
