摘要
目的总结质量管理规范化在胃癌根治术中应用的效果,制定胃癌术中规范化质量管理的措施。方法 60例行胃癌根治术患者随机分两组:质量管理规范化组(观察组)和非质量管理规范化组(对照组),每组30例。记录两组患者平均手术时间、参加手术的人数、术中出血量。结果观察组手术平均时间(88.4±24.5)min,对照组手术平均时间(118±10.5)min(P<0.05);参加手术的人数观察组平均2人,对照组平均3人(P<0.05);手术中出血量观察组平均(105±14.5)ml,对照组(115±21.4)ml(P>0.05)。结论质量管理规范化可以缩短手术时间,减少参加手术的人数,对术中出血量无明显影响。
Objective To summarize the efficacy of standardized quality management in radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer and to establish measures of standardized quality management of peri--operation in gastric cancer patients. Methods Sixty patients underwent radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group. Average operation time, the number of doctors participated in operation and amount of blood loss were recorded in both groups. Resuits Average operation time in observation group were significantly shorter than those of in control group (88.4±24.5rain vs 118±10.5), (P 〈 0.05) ; the number of doctors participated in operation in observation group was 2 people, while there were 3 people in control group (P 〈 0.05) There were no significant differences between the two groups in amount of blood loss (105±14. Sml vs 115± 21.4ml), (P 〉 0.05). Conclusions Standardized quality management in radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer can shorten operation time and reduce the number of doctors participated in operation, but has no significant effect on peri--operative bleeding.
