摘要
在回顾业主制项目管理理论以及分析中国电网建设业主制管理存在问题的基础上,以南通市通州监狱农网改造为案例,详述了改造背景、概况及整个实施细节,归纳出其中成功的实践经验,希望能对中国电网改造业主制项目管理的改进提供有益的借鉴。
On the basis of the theoretical review of owner project management, and the analysis of the corresponding problems during China＇s grid construction, this paper, taking the rural power grid reconstruction in Nantong Tongzhou Prison as case study, elaborates the reconstruction background, profile and implementation process, and summarizes the successful practical experiences, aiming to provide useful guidance for improving owner project management in China＇s power grid reconstruction.
