摘要
虽然来源于循证医学的循证设计是个全新的研究领域,但在过去的十年时间,医疗建筑的循证设计研究得到迅速发展。随着新建医疗建筑项目的不断增多,建筑设计采取循证设计原则成为打造安全医疗环境的重要趋势。建筑师可以通过循证设计的原则帮助医院管理者找到提高病人安全和医护人员效率的有效方案。循证设计研究也表明好的建筑设计可以在提供更安全的医疗环境、更好的医学治疗和更佳的工作环境上起到重要的作用。
Though evidence-based design is a relatively new field of study when compared to evidence-based medicine, the state of knowledge of evidence-based healthcare design has grown rapidly in the last decade. Spurred by the healthcare building boom, evidence- based healthcare facility design is an important and growing trend in creating safe patient-care environments. With principles of evidence based practice, architects can help hospital administrators to find reliable and valid data to enhance patient safety and staff efficiency to improve the budget and bottom line. The evidence indicates that well-designed physical settings play an important role in making hospitals safer and more healing for patients and better places for staff to work.
