摘要
文章以大畈核电站安置区为例,探讨公共图书馆对特殊人群服务保障的必要性,分析当地居民的信息需求,重新界定公共图书馆特殊群体的范围,进而对当地公共图书馆服务保障缺失原因进行分析,并提出改进建议。
The article takes Dafan Nuclear Power Relocation Areas as an example to analyze its local residents information requirements, discusses the necessity of public library service guarantee of the special group, and defines the scope of special group in public library, then discusses the reasons for the lack of the service and puts forward some improvement recommendations.
