残根种植体修复前牙残根的临床研究

摘要 目的:探讨应用CDIC一段式种植体改制成残根种植体即刻修复前牙残根的临床效果。方法:前牙残根的患者29名,随机分成2组,实验组15人,对照组14人。实验组利用残根植入残根种植体,对照组常规拔牙即刻种植。比较2组术后的临床疗效。结果:实验组患者畏惧率及肿胀率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。实验组种植体的初期稳定性优于对照组。2组疼痛率差异无统计学意义。结论:残根种植体植入后具有非常好的初期稳定性,术后并发症轻微,患者易于接受,近期疗效满意。 Objective: To evaluate residual root implant in repairation of anterior residual root. Methods: 29 anterior residual root patients were divided into two groups, 15 in trial group and 14 in control group . Trial group implanted with residual root implant. Control group implanted with CDIC conical implant. Results: The incidence of fear and swollen were lower in group test than in control, the difference was inigficant, primary stability in trial group was better than in control group. No sinigficant difference was noted in soreness between two groups. Conclusions: Residual root implant should have a very good primary stability and minor complications. Further study needed to determine the long-term result of residual root implant.
