摘要
目的了解莒南县2010年5岁以下儿童死亡原因、死亡率及动态变化状况,为制定干预策略提供科学依据。方法对莒南县2010年5岁以下儿童死亡监测资料进行汇总、整理和分析。结果莒南县2010年5岁以下儿童死亡率为9.89%。前5位死因是早产、畸形、窒息、肺炎、意外死亡;年龄构成显示新生儿死亡占66.39%,婴儿死亡占84.71%,1～4岁儿童死亡占15.29%。结论降低5岁以下儿童死亡率的重点是强化孕期健康教育,提高妇幼保健服务质量,尤其是要降低新生儿的死亡率。
Objective To investigate the causes, the death rate and dynamic changes of the death of chil dren under 5 years old in Ju＇nan County in 2010 so as to provide evidence for establishing intervention strategy. Methods The monitoring data of child death under 5 years old in Ju＇nan County in 2010 were ret rospectively analyzed. Results The mortality under 5 ears old was 9.89%. Premature delivery, malforma tion, asphyxia, pneumonia and accidental death were the main causes. Newborns accounted for 66.39%, infants accounted for 84.71%, and children aged 1-4 years old accounted for 15. 29%. Conclusion Strength ening health education during pregnancy, promoting health care quality, and lowering the mortality of in fants are the key to decreasing the mortality of children under 5 years old.
