摘要
实践中,高职院校学生在顶岗实习期间发生人身损害情形时,其赔偿权利难以实现的问题愈发突出。如何健全相关法律规范,切实合理权衡学生、校方和实习单位三方的正当权益,确保顶岗实习工作的顺利进行,业已成为亟待解决的重要问题。
in practice, higher vocational college students in the internship period for personal damage, compensation for rights to realize the problems become more prominent. How to perfect the related laws and regulations, cogent and reasonable measure student, school and training units legitimate rights and interests of three parties, ensure internship work smoothly, has become an important problem to be resolved.
