摘要
对南钢8号2000m^3高炉炉顶框架支座不均匀沉陷所造成的影响进行分析。将整体建模和单独建模进行对比,结合柱应力变化和支座沉陷值的对应数据,阐明支座的不均匀沉陷对炉顶框架的影响,分析导致支座不均匀沉陷的原因,认为支座少量的不均匀沉陷对炉顶框架结构的局部会产生较大影响,并给出了减小和消除支座不均匀沉陷影响的对策。
Taking No. 8 2 000 m3 blast furnace in Nanjing Iron and Steel Co. for example, it is expounded the influence of uneven settlement of the furnace top frame support on the top frame itself by means of comparison between the integral modeling and individual modeling, and checking the column stress change data corresponding to the support settlement extent, it is recognized that minor uneven settlement of the support will greatly affect some parts of top frame structure and put forwards the measures to diminish or eliminate such influence.
