全尾砂新型充填胶结材料性能试验和改进 被引量:9

Experiment and Improvement on the Performances of a New Cementing Material Used for Unclassified Tailings Filling

摘要 针对传统尾矿胶结材料存在用量大、成本高及性能差等问题,试验以水淬渣和其它几种激发剂为胶结剂,以司家营铁矿全尾砂为骨料,制备新型胶结充填材料。在前期大量实验总结的胶结材料配比基础上,加入几种不同类型的减水剂,研究加入减水剂之后的新型胶结材料强度与流变特性的变化。结果表明:加入减水剂的胶结材料与之前的胶结材料相比,强度提高,流变特性增强,可以使矿山二步回采的充填更加高效和安全。 Aiming at such problems as large dosage of cementing materials, high cost and poor performances existing in traditional cemented tailings filling, a new cemented filling material was prepared with water - quenched slag and some activators as cementing materials and with full tailings from Sijiaying iron mine as aggregate. Based on the blending ratio of cemented filling materials, which was determined by summarizing a large number of previous experiments, several waterreducing agents were added separately, and the changes of strength and rheological properties of the new cemented filling materials with water - reducing agent were studied. The experimental results showed that by adding water - reducing agent, the strength of the cemented filling materials was increased and its rheological properties was improved, making the filling of two - steps stoping method more effective and efficient and safe.
