摘要
总结了50例口腔癌根治术加同期组织瓣转移修复舌再造术后患者早期吞咽功能康复的训练经验。对50例患者进行术后早期吞咽功能训练,并采用洼田氏饮水试验对患者进行训练前后的评价。本组训练7～10d后吞咽功能均有明显改善。认为口腔癌患者术后早期进行吞咽功能训练能减轻患者的吞咽障碍程度。
This paper summarizes the experience of early swallowing functional training in 50 patients after oral cancer radical surgery plus flap repair and tongue reconstruction. The patients were measured by water swallowing test before and after the training. The patients＇ swallowing function was significantly improved after 7-10 days of training. The results revealed that early swallowing functional training could effectively reduce the degree of dysphagia in patients after oral cancer radical surgery.
