摘要
[目的]观察中药内服、热敷熏洗联合关节腔内注射透明质酸钠、臭氧治疗膝关节骨性关节炎疗效。[方法]对112例门诊患者(189个膝关节),使用中药内服、热敷熏洗联合关节腔内注射透明质酸钠、臭氧治疗。中药内服外敷治疗2个疗程(30d),关节腔内注射治疗1个疗程(30d),随访6个月,判定疗效。[结果]临床控制12例(10.71%),显效60例(53.57%),有效60例(32.14%),无效4例(3.57%),总有效率96.43%。[结论]中西医结合治疗膝关节骨性关节炎双管齐下,痛苦小、见效显著、疗效满意,治疗结果胜于单一的西医或中医疗法,值得临床推广。
[ Objective ] Observation of Traditional Chinese medicine, hot compress fumigation combined with intra articular injection of Sodium I-Iyaluronate, ozone treatment knee joint osseous arthritis curative effect. [ Methods ] 112 cases of outpatients, 189 in total knee, use Traditional Chinese medicine, hot compress fumigation combined with intra - articular injection of Sodium Hyaluronate, ozone treatment. After the external application of Chinese herbs in treatment of 2 courses, intra - articular injection after 1 courses of treatment, were followed up for more than six months, curative effect. [Results] 12 cases of clinical control, accounting for 10.72% ; Effective in 60 cases accounting for 53.57% ;Better in 36 cases, accounting for 32.14% ; Inva- lid in 4 cases, accounting for 3.57% ; The total effective rate of 96.43%. [ Conclusion] Combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine in treating knee joint osteoarthritis pain, work along both lines, small effect remarkable, curative effect satisfaction, treatment outcome is better than single western medicine or tra- ditional Chinese medicine therapy, worthy of clinical application.
