摘要
以氟苯与对氯苯甲酰氯为原料,经傅克酰化反应合成了4-氯-4’-氟二苯酮(CFBP),然后对CFBP与氟化钾的氟化制备4,4’-二氟二苯酮(DFBP)进行了研究,重点探索了对相转移催化剂、强极性非质子性溶剂等对反应收率的影响。
Fluorobenzene was acylated by Friedel-Crafts process with 4-chlorobenzoyl chloride to obtain 4-chloro-4’-fluorobenzophenone(CFBP)in over 95% yield.Its halogen exchange reaction with anhydrous potassium fluoride to prepare 4,4’-difluorobenzophenone was studied in detail,particularly in the choice of phase-transfer catalysts and polar aprotic solvents.
