摘要
为筛选出对玉米秸秆降解率高的纤维菌,奶牛饲料中添加纤维菌对玉米秸秆的利用率的影响。试验从已安装永久瘤胃瘘管的奶牛瘤胃液里筛选得到1株对玉米秸秆分解率较高的菌株,经该菌株处理后,玉米秸秆中性洗涤纤维含量由84.72%降低为77.35%,酸性洗涤纤维的含量由51.85%降低为44.78%。该菌株在CMC-Na培养基上的表型特征为菌落边缘不规则,呈辐射状,乳白色,显微镜下观察菌体形态为短杆状,革兰氏染色结果显示为革兰氏阳性菌。
To screen a fiber bacteria which has a high decomposition rate on corn straw, study on effect of as probiotics additives in cows utilization of corn straw. One strain was screened from the cow rumen fluid which was installed in a permanent rumen fistula in this test. It had high corn straw decomposition rate. After the treatment of this strain, the content of NDF of corn stover decreased from 84.72 percent to 77.35 percent and the content of ADF decreased from 51.85 percent to 44.78 percent. Phenotypic characteristics of the strain on the CMC-Na medium: radiating, white and the irregular colony edge. Cell morphology displayed the short rod under the microscope, showed Gram-positive bacteria after gram stained.
