同型半胱氨酸、血尿酸水平与不同分型急性脑梗死的相关性研究 被引量:20

摘要 目的探讨同型半胱氨酸、血尿酸水平与不同分型急性脑梗死的相关性。方法对本院神经内科卒中注册登记的505例急性脑梗死患者,按照OCSP分型标准和TOAST分型标准进行分型,入院后检测血清同型半胱氨酸、血尿酸水平,分析不同分型脑梗死与两指标之间的的关系。结果 OCSP分型各亚型间同型半胱氨酸水平、血尿酸水平差异均不明显,TOAST分型中LAA亚型Hcy水平高于SAO、CE亚型,SAO、CE、SUE亚型Hcy水平高于SOD亚型,LAA亚型、SAO亚型UA水平高于CE亚型、SOD亚型,差异均明显。结论急性脑梗死患者同型半胱氨酸水平、血尿酸水平对OCSP分型的提示作用有限,对TOAST分型有提示作用,两种分型相结合可以更好地指导急性脑梗死患者的治疗。 Objective To investigate the relationship between Homocysteine(Hcy) concentration, Uric acid(UA) concentration and diferent subtypes in Patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods Data were collected prospectively from 505 consecutive acute cerebral infarction patients in our hospital. All the patients were registrated in the department of neurology and were classified into different subtypes according to OCSP and TOAST criteria. 505 patients were taken blood sample to detect the concentration of Hcy and UA. Further- more, the relationship between diferent different subtypes and two indexes were discussed. Results The con- centration of Hcy and UA were anaylzed seperately in different subtypes of acute cerebral infarction. There is no statistically significant difference in different OCSP subtypes. In different TOAST subtypes, LAA subtype has higher Hcy concentration than orther subtypes~ SAO subtype,CE subtype and SUE subtype have higher Hcy concentration than SOD subtype~ LAA subtype and SAO subtype have higher UA concentration than CE subtype and SOD subtype; All of them are statistically significantly different. Conclusions The concentration of Hcy and UA correlates more with TOAST subtype than with OCSP subtype in acute cerebral infarction pa- tients. OCSP subtype combing with TOAST subtype can better guide the treatment of in acute cerebral infarc- tion patient.
