C194铜合金薄材脉冲激光弯曲的变形特性研究

摘要 为研究C194铜合金薄材脉冲激光弯曲成形机理及其变形特性,基于ABAQUS软件对其成形过程进行了有限元数值模拟,并采用相同参数进行了脉冲激光弯曲成形试验。结果表明:扫描路径上脉冲点的温度表现出强烈的交替振荡现象,工件上下表面温度变化趋势较为一致,下表面的温度值低于上表面各点,上下表面都存在明显的边缘效应;随着脉冲激光光斑的移动,光斑前缘表现出一定的正应变分布,扫掠过的区域呈现负应变分布,稳定后各点的应变均为负值,且中点处应变相对最小;脉冲激光作用后,扫描路径上残余应变量整体增加了一倍多,而残余应力水平变化不大;脉冲激光弯曲成形的变形效果与脉冲次数存在着明显的线性关系,数值模拟所得试样变形效果与试验结果吻合较好。 To study the mechanism of pulsed laser bending forming of C194 copper alloy,ABAQUS was used to simulate the bending forming process,and an experiment was taken with the same parameter as simulation to verify the result.The result indicated that intense alternate shock was appeared for the temperature of the points on the scanning track,the variation trend of the temperature on the top surface and bottom surface was consistence,but the temperature level of the bottom surface was lower than the top surface and obvious marginal effect appeared on both surfaces;positive strain was appeared in the front area of the spot with the moving of the laser spot,negative strain was appeared in the scanned area,the strain became to be negative for all points after being stable and the strain value of the middle point was the least;the residual strain on the scanned track was increased by more than 100%,but the change of the residual stress was small;there is a clear linear relationship between the forming effect of pulsed laser bending and pulse frequency,the forming result of the simulation was well matched with the experiment.
