摘要 针对轴系弯曲振动和扭转振动同时测量的要求和不同振动相互耦合的现实情况,设计出有利于振动模式解耦提高信号信噪比的激光多普勒测量系统,并制订出集成化光学系统的方案。扭转振动测量采用双平行光束差动测量方案,与现行的激光扭振仪的测量方案基本一致;弯曲振动测量采用马赫-泽德(Mach-Zehnder)外差干涉方案。将激光多普勒测振技术应用于旋转轴系的综合振动测量,开发出能同时测量轴系指定截面的弯曲、扭转振动和轴系旋转速度的综合测量技术。 In allusion to the requirements of the same time measurement In the bending vibration and torsional vibration of shaft and the reality of the situation that different vibration mutual coupling,Design the laser doppler measuring system which in favor of vibration mode decoupling and improve signal signal-to-noise ratio,And work out of the integration optical system scheme.Torsional vibration measurement adopts double parallel beams differential survey scheme,verb Agreement with current Torsional vibration of the laser instrument survey scheme;The bending vibration measurement adopts mach-zehnder heterodyne interference scheme.the measurement of the axis of the comprehensive vibration by the laser doppler vibration measurement technology,develop the comprehensive measuring technique that can also measure bending and torsional of shaft's designated section and axis rotation speed.
