摘要
针对传统的临床护理技能考核方式既费时、又费力的弊端,在原有护理技能实训的基础上,充分利用教学资源和师资力量,采取在护生临床护理实践技能考核中,进行视频录制考核。结果表明,该考核方式提高了学生的学习积极性,促进了学生技能和综合素质的协调发展,实现了与临床护理的有效链接。
The traditional assessment of clinical nursing skills is both time-and effort-consuming. Based on the existing nursing skill training and by making use of teaching and teacher resources, we applied video-recorded examination of nursing students' nursing skills. Results show that this means of assessment has improved students' initiative in learning, promoted the coordinated development of their skills and comprehensive quality and achieved effective connection with clinical nursing practice.
