摘要
有效地提取故障特征向量,找到故障敏感因子是进行液压泵故障诊断的关键。采集轴向柱塞泵松靴、滑靴磨损、斜盘磨损以及中心弹簧失效等故障情况下的端盖振动信号,采用合适的信号预处理方法得到有价值的低频信号,从低频信号中提取出频域特征参量,分析频域特征量对每种故障的敏感性,找到各故障的频域敏感因子。为液压泵的故障诊断提供了可靠的敏感特征信息,增加了故障特征信息的完备性,对提高故障诊断系统的故障确诊率具有重要的意义。
It is critical in fault diagnosis to extract the feature vector of fault signal effectively and to find the sensitive factors. A series of vibration signals were collected at pump end cover under some faults, such as loose sliding shoe, sliding shoe wear, sloping cam wear and the center spring failure, etc. Then, low frequency signals were obtained by means of suitable signal processing method and feature parameters were extracted in low frequency signals. The sensitivity analyses of frequency-domain feature parameters to ev- ery fault were processed so as to find a dimensionless sensitivity factor. Using this method, reliable sensitive feature information is pro- vided for fault diagnosis of hydraulic pump, the completeness of fault information is increased and the fault diagnosis rate of the system is improved.
