摘要
在HIS系统建设中引入项目管理,按照项目管理的方法,启动、计划、执行、控制和结束项目有现实意义。在分析传统方法的基础上,结合项目管理的理论、方法和工具,研究了HIS系统建设过程中需要关注的问题。
Introducing project management into the construction of Hospital Information System, and to startup, plan, execute, manage and close program according to the method of project management is a significant and valuable work. Based on the analysis of traditional method, combined with the theories, methods and tools of the project management, we proposed several research issues which should be given more attention during the period of constructing of hospital information system.
