From four aspects influenced and affected by out - patient doctor workstation including outpatients, doctors, medical institutions and health regulatory agencies ~ the paper analyzed the effect of out - patient doctor workstation in the optimization of outpatient business processes, improvement of efficiency and patient satisfaction, ensuring the quality of medical care and drug safety, enhancing the level of hospital management and competitiveness.
