摘要
高校毕业生求职就业时存在法律风险,其表面原因在于毕业生自身维权意识淡漠、维权能力欠缺,而深层次原因在于高校法律指导功能的缺失。因此,拓展就业指导的法律内容、深化理论与实际的联系、提高师资水平、尝试建立毕业生法律援助服务、全程为毕业生求职就业提供全方位法律服务应当成为当前完善高校就业指导工作的方向之一。
There are legal risks in the employment of college graduates.Its apparent causes are the graduates' indifference of rights protection and the lack of the capacity of rights defense,but its underlying cause is the lack of legal guidance on employment in colleges.Therefore,in order to improve the employment guidance in colleges,the following measures should be taken: expanding the legal content of employment guidance,enhancing the integration of theory and practice,improving the ability of the teachers,trying to establish legal aid services for graduates,and providing a full range of legal services for the employment of graduates.
