介绍了炼厂低压瓦斯气回收工作中存在的一些问题和应对措施,重点围绕充分回收和合理利用低压瓦斯气这一优质能源,并从装置源头努力减小低压瓦斯气排放量,使炼厂低压瓦斯气回收系统工艺流程运行更加优化合理。
Some common problems in low pressure methane gas recovery by oil refinery were analyzed,and the technological process was optimized.It was proposed that reducing torch discharge value from the source through technology and management can fully recover and utilize the energy,make the low pressure methane gas recovery process more reasonable,acquire more benefits such as saving energy,reducing waste emission and environmental pollution,reducing oil process loss,and obtaining economic benefits.
