摘要
变压器铁心磁特性在标准条件下的测量与其实际运行工况存在差异,常用的铁心材料的测量方法难以描绘变压器铁心实际的饱和特性。为此,制作了两个步进搭接的叠片铁心模型,采用小方圈模型和接触式调压器进行测量,得到较理想的饱和特性数据,磁感应强度最大到2.058T,并绘制了铁心模型的励磁特性曲线。所提出方法对生产中磁特性的测量具有一定的参考价值。
The measurement and simulation of the saturation excitation curve of power transformer core are very important.The data measured under standard conditions is quite different to the data under working conditions.So the usual methods to measure the saturation properties of transformer core become difficult.Two laminated core models of product level are made and measuring methods are designed in order to measure the saturation properties of core.When the little laminated core models and a self coupling voltage regulator are used,the maximum flux density Bm of the little laminated core material can be increased up to 2.058 T,which is almost a deep saturation point.The study provides a useful and important reference to the works of the electric magnetic measurement.
