摘要
测定了黄土高原苹果主栽区洛川县不同树龄苹果园的土壤微生物、养分及pH,并分析三者间的相关关系。结果表明,不同树龄果园微生物在数量分布上有一定差异,表现为盛果期果园>老龄期果园>幼龄期果园;不同树龄果园微生物中,微生物类群的分布规律为细菌数量>放线菌数量>真菌数量,其中细菌和真菌的数量差别达到100倍以上;果园土壤微生物数量具有明显的垂直分布规律,以表层土壤最高,并随土层的加深而递减。土壤微生物、土壤养分和土壤pH值间相关性分析表明,土壤微生物数量与有机质、有效氮、有效磷、有效钾、有效锌均呈正相关。其中,土壤细菌数量与土壤有效氮、有效钾极显著相关,土壤放线菌数量与土壤有机质极显著相关,土壤真菌数量与土壤有效钾显著相关。3种微生物类群与土壤pH均呈负相关,其中细菌数量与土壤pH相关性显著。
Soil microbes,soil nutrient and soil pH were measured in different tree-age apple orchards in Luochuan county,the main apple district of Loess Plateau.The correlation of the soil microbes,soil nutrient and soil pH was analyzed and the result showed that the numbers of microbes in different tree-age orchards differ on some level,which can be shown as medium-age orchard 〉 old-age orchard 〉 young orchard.The microbes in different tree-age orchards have a characteristic of content of bacteria 〉 content of actinomyce〉 content of fungi.The difference between the number of bacteria and fungi is more than 100 times.The number of surface soil microbes is the highest,and diminishes by the deepening of the soil profile,with a significant vertical distribution.The correlation analysis among the soil microbes,the soil nutrient and the soil pH makes a conclusion that the soil microbes correlate with organic matter,Avail N,Avail P,Avail K and Avail Zn positively.The correlation between the soil bacteria number and the soil Avail N/K is significant at the 0.01 level,so is the number of actinomyce and the soil organic matter,and the correlation between the number of fungi and the soil Avail K is significant at the 0.05 level.These three microorganism groups show a negative correlation with the soil pH,and the bacterium group is significant at the 0.05 level.
