摘要
实验评价了BZ28-2S混合原油加剂前后的析蜡特性、流变特性与粘温特性,结果表明:BZ28-2S混合原油对SW3流动改进剂具有良好的感受性,扩大了管道输送的安全温度范围。在高温段(35~65℃)混合原油加剂前后的粘温曲线基本重合,均表现为牛顿流体;在低温段(15~30℃),混合原油表现为非牛顿流体,此时,在同一温度下,加剂后混合原油的表观粘度和反常点显著降低,低温流动性得到明显改善。此外,通过添加流动改进剂,混合原油的静屈服值大大降低,提高了海底管道停输再启动的安全性。
This paper evaluates the wax precipitation,rheological characteristics and viscosity-temperature characteristics of BZ28-2S mixed crude oil before and after adding additives.Results show that BZ28-2S mixed crude oil has better sensitivity to SW3 flow improver,and therefore,the flow improver enlarges the range of safety transportation of pipelines.In high-temperature scope (35~65 ℃),the viscosity-temperature curves of the mixed crude oil before and after adding additives are basically coincided,both of them show as Newtonian fluid,and at lowtemperature scope (15~30 ℃),the mixed crude oil behaves as non-Newtonian fluid.In this case,the apparent viscosity and abnormal point of the mixed crude oil deceases greatly at the same temperature,and the flow ability at low temperature improves obviously.In addition,the static yield stress of crude oil decreases greatly through adding a flow improver.Therefore,it improves the safety of shut down and restart up of submarine pipelines.
