摘要
概述消防产品监管模式,分析目前消防产品监管模式存在的问题,包括监管合力不连续、监督检查频度不够、准入制度不健全、责任主体意识不牢固等。提出改进措施,如完善强制认证、落实技术鉴定、强化部门协调、加强行业自律等。
The supervision mode of fire products quality was summarized. Shortcomings such as supervision links being iso lated, factory inspection frequency being insufficient, admit tanee system being incomplete, integrity construction being weak and etc. were analyzed. Suggestions including consummaring compulsory certification, carrying out technical appraisal, intensifying departmental coordination and enhancing industry self discipline were put forward.
