摘要
为实现炼—轧工序间的高温衔接,基于安钢1780mm生产实际,对汽车大梁钢510L热装和直装进行了生产试验,结果表明,510L板坯在550~650℃热装和700~780℃直装加热,板坯表面未发现裂纹缺陷,成品卷板的组织、性能指标均优于冷装。热连轧机组510L钢热装或直装生产工艺切实可行。
To realize high temperature connection between continuous casting and rolling, hot charging and di- rect charging processes for 510L steel plate for automobile fram were tried base on 1780mm production line of Anyang Iron & Steel Co. , Ltd. The results show that there is no crack on slab surface when it was hot charged in 550~650℃or direct charged in 700~780℃. The microstructure and property of the coils arebetter than cold charging ones. It shows that the hot charging or direce charging process of 510L steel on continuous rolling mill is available.
