摘要
学术界对于"双师型"教师内涵已取得基本一致的理解。但在认定实践中,仍存在众多标准,致使难以比较和规范。认定标准应中职教育和教师工作特点之上,依据"职业工作年限、职业资格证书和职称证书"三者组合构建。为使"双师型"教师队伍健康发展,应完善"双师型"教师的评定、评价、激励等制度以及相关政策。
A general agreement has been reached on the conception of "dual-qualified" teachers. But in the practice, the qualification criterion is complicated with multi-standards, making it difficult to compare and standardize. The qualification decision should be based on the educational nature of secondary vocational institutions and the three elements of "career length, vocational certificate and professional post certificate". The related policies on the evaluation and incentive system should be improved to ensure the healthy development of "dual-qualified" faculty.
