摘要
在豆奶粉的生产过程中会产生较高浓度的有机废水。徐州某豆奶粉厂由于生产规模扩大,现要求处理量达到为5 000 m3/d,原水COD质量浓度为2 000~3 000 mg/L,出水符合GB 8978—1997《污水综合排放标准》一级标准。该工程在对原有废水处理系统进行改造的基础上,新建部分废水处理设施,采用厌氧-好氧-深度处理工艺,实现扩产后的废水达标排放。
Organic wastewater of high concentration is produced in the production of soybean milk powder. Due to expanding the production scale, the processing volume of one soybean milk powder factory in Xuzhou must reach 5 000 m3/d, influent COD concentration reach 2 000 - 3 000 mg/L, the effluent index meet the first-order of " Integrated wastewater discharge standard" (GB8978--1997). On the basis of the original wastewater treatment system, new wastewater treatment facilities which used anaerobic and aerobic treatment process were constructed. Wastewater discharge after production expansion could meet relative standards.
