摘要
以苏州大学轻化工程专业为研究对象,对轻化工程专业创新性人才的培养模式进行了改革与实践,从改革的思路与理念、改革的具体措施及培养创新性人才的实践方面做了有益的探索,为该专业的人才培养方式提供了有益的借鉴。
Taking light chemical engineering specialty of Soochow University as the research object, the training mode of innovative talents in light chemical engineering was reformed and practiced. The reform ideas and concepts, the specific measures of the reform and practice of cultivating the innovative talents were explored, which could provide a useful reference to the professional personnel training mode.
