摘要
针对舵机系统试验模态值偏低及一致性较差的问题,运用有限元与多刚体系统动力学方法,建立舵机传动机构集中质量-弹簧多刚体动力学模型,研究系统模态、动力学响应等主要动力学特性,发现了对动力学特性影响突出的薄弱设计环节,加以改进,满足了实际工程需要。
The lumped mass-spring and multi-body dynamic model of actuator transmission system is provided with FEA and multi-body system dynamics for the low test mode and bad consistency. Moreover, the main dynamical characteristics such as system mode, dynamical responds and so on are analyzed. The designing weakness which has key effects on dynamical characteristics of actuator transmission system is also concluded, thus the corresponding measures can be taken to satisfy the engineering demands.
