摘要
目的:分析颅脑外伤并发脑性盐耗综合征(CSWS)的病因、病理、临床特点及诊治经验。方法:回顾分析颅脑外伤并发CSWS的12例患者的诊治过程。结果:12例患者中,除1例死于外伤性脑梗死外,11例患者低血钠获得纠正。结论:主要依靠其临床表现低血钠、高尿钠、低血容量及意识状态改变障碍进行诊断,而补液和补钠是其主要治疗方法。
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Integrative Medicine varicose veins.Metholds:Collected in our hospital from April 2011 to January 2012 to treat 52 patients with lower extremity varicose veins,the use of integrative medicine treatment,rational antibiotic anti-infective therapy,and selection of compound Danshen,tetramethylpyrazine,dextran conduct treatment,TCM four types:blood deficiency type,treatment of the principle of qi and blood,warm flow of qi,prescription Buyanghuanwu Decoction.Qi stagnation type,using the method of Xuefuzhuyu Decoction.Type of excessive noxious heat.The treatment principle Qingrejiedu,Huoxuezhitong and medicinal flavors xiaoduyin Decoction of the co-pink four things.Hot and humid bet type.Clearing heat,detoxifying swelling,treatment principles.Results:52 patients after treatment,15 cases cured,the cure rate of 28.8 percent,effective in 35 cases,markedly effective rate was 67.3%,2 cases,total effective rate of 96.2%.Conclusion:Integrative treatment of varicose veins is effective should be widely applied.
