摘要
近年来皮肌炎（DM）伴发肿瘤已有很多报告。单发阑尾肿瘤的报告非常少见，而皮肌炎伴发阑尾肿瘤更是非常罕见。现将1例皮肌炎伴发阑尾黏液腺癌病例报告如下。
