摘要
目的:探讨中西医结合治疗肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法:收治肠梗阻患者112例,入院后急诊手术治疗46例,采用中西医结合治疗66例,并对其进行分析。结果:66例患者经过中西医结合方法治疗后,治愈48例,治愈率72.7%,有效16例,有效率24.2%,无效2例,总有效率96.97%。结论:中西医结合治疗肠梗阻疗效显著。
Objective：To investigate the clini- cal efficacy of Integrative Medicine intestinal obstruction. Methods： 112 cases of intestinal obstruction in patients with treatment in hos- pital were collected from January 2011 to Februal＇y ：2012,admitted to hospital after e- mergency surgery treatment of 46 cases, the use of Integrative Medicine 66 eases, and analyze. Results ：66 patients treated by inte- grative medicine, cured 48 cases, the cure rate was 72.7%, effective 16 cases, the ef- fective rate of 24.2% , 2 cases, total effec- tive rate of 96.97%. Conclusion：Integrative treatment of intestinal obstruction effect is significant and worthy of promotion.
