摘要
目前多数轿车后排座椅靠背骨架形式普遍采用钢管与钢板焊接而成,目的是提高靠背骨架强度以通过国家强制法规GB15083中行李碰撞的要求,该结构成本高且重量大。设计了一种简单的钢管式后排座椅靠背骨架结构,应用有限元分析进行行李碰撞研究,优化结构设计,最终通过汽车行李箱碰撞的试验。
Currently the rear seat back frame of most sedans is made of complicated and heavy tube & metal sheet welding assembly to pass the luggage retention requirement in China mandatory regulation GB15083, for which the cost is so high and the mass is big. In this article, a new rear seat frame is designed which is mostly made of tube. Through finite element analysis for luggage retention requirement, the structure design is optimized, and finally passes the luggage retention testing.
