摘要
目的探讨独立上岗护士准入管理方法与效果。方法成立两级准入考核领导小组,制订独立上岗护士准入标准。准入程序实施两级管理,进行独立上岗前的规范化培训和考核。结果实施独立上岗护士准入管理后,提高了独立上岗护士"三基"理论、操作成绩及临床综合技能(P<0.01)。结论建立完善富有活力的独立上岗护士准入管理机制,可以提高独立上岗护士理论水平及临床综合技能。
Objective To explore the practice and effects of access management for nurses to independent work. Methods The twn - level access assessment leading group was established,and job duties, and formulated the admittance standards of independent work was formulated. Two - level management was implemented in access procedures. Standardized training and assessment was implemented among nurses before independent work. Results Alter implementation of the access management of independent working nurses, the scores of theory, operation and clinical comprehensive skills examination were significantly improved ( P 〈0.01 ). Conclusion The dynamic and perfect access management mechanism for independent working nurses can improve nurses'theory level and clinical comprehensive skills.
