摘要
目的:探讨复方地龙胶囊对哮喘小鼠模型气道炎症及IL-23的影响。方法:50只小鼠随机分为空白对照组、哮喘模型组、复方地龙胶囊高剂量组、复方地龙胶囊低剂量组和地塞米松组,每组10只小鼠。卵白蛋白(OVA)抗原溶液腹腔注射致敏,雾化吸入激发制备哮喘小鼠模型。HE染色观察小鼠肺组织的形态结构,ELISA法测定小鼠血清IL-23的水平。结果:各治疗组小鼠的一般情况明显优于模型组;复方地龙胶囊治疗组、地塞米松组小鼠肺组织的病理变化明显减轻;复方地龙胶囊治疗组、地塞米松组小鼠血清IL-23水平明显低于模型组(P<0.01)。结论:复方地龙胶囊能明显抑制哮喘小鼠的气道炎症,并通过降低哮喘小鼠血清IL-23的水平调节免疫系统,且治疗哮喘的作用与地塞米松相当。
Objective:To observe the effects of Compound earthworm capsule on airway inflammation and IL-23 level in sertum of asthma mice.Methods:50 mice were randomly divided into 5 groups (n=10): control group, asthma model group, Compound earthworm capsule high dose group, Compound earthworm capsule low dose group and dexamethasone group. The asthma mice model was made by peritoneal injection of ovalbumin and motivated by atomization inhalation. HE stain was used to observe the morphology of lungs of mice in each group, ELISA to detect IL-23 level in serum.Results:The general conditions of mice in each treatment group were obviously better than model mice. Compared with model mice, the pathological changes of lung tissue of mice in Compound earthworm capsule treatment group and dexamethasone group alleviated markedly. The IL-23 level in serum of mice in Compound earthworm capsule treatment group and dexamethasone group were obviously lower than that of mice in model group (P〈 0.01).Conelusions:compound earthworm capsule can inhibit airway inflammation of asthma mice significantly; and also can regulate immune system by decreasing IL-23 level in serum; moreover, the effects of Compound earthworm capsule are similar with dexamethasone.
