摘要
目的探讨内镜下尿道会师术治疗后尿道断裂的临床疗效。方法对我院1999～2012年应用内镜下尿道会师术治疗的急诊31例后尿道断裂患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 31例患者手术均成功,随访半年至2年,3例术后出现尿道狭窄,再次通过尿道内切开术治愈。结论内镜下尿道会师术治疗后尿道断裂手术时间短,创伤小,恢复快。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of endoscopic realignment for treating posterior urethral disruption. Methods clinical data of 31 cases admitted to our hospital from 1999 to 2012 of emergency endoscopic urethral realignment in the treatment of posterior urethral rapture were retrospectively analyzed. Results All 31 patients underwent successful early endoscopic realignment. The follow-up period was 0.5-2 years,posterior urethra stricture happened in 3 cases, which underwent endoscopic urethrotomy and were cured： Conclusion The early endoscopic realignment is effective for treating posterior urethral disruption and may provide good clinical outcomes with less invasion and operation time.
