摘要
以1 200 MW压水堆核电机组为研究对象,研究了机组功率补偿棒组控制系统模型,建立了功率棒棒位控制系统模型;结合控制系统工作特性和经验公式,对各模块函数进行MATLAB仿真,得到调节功率时棒速和棒位偏差的变化曲线。由曲线得到结论:利用控制棒调节能使机组输出功率达到设定值,调节过程中功率变化平稳,功率峰误差移动在可接受范围内,达到了理想的控制效果。此外还对该方法的适用范围进行了探讨。
1200 MW PWR nuclear power unit is taken as subject for investigation to study control system model of rod cluster for power compensation and build model for rod position control system of power rod. By combining operating characteristic of the control system and experimental formula, MATLAB simulation is adopted on functions of each module, and thus vari- ation curve of rod speed and position errors is obtained. It is concluded from the curve that rod regulating enables output power to achieve the set value; power change during the regulation is stable, error displacement of power peak is acceptable and the control is satisfying. Additionally, the scope of application of the method is discussed.
