摘要
三肽基肽酶Ⅱ(Ripetidyl PeptidaseⅡ,TPPⅡ)是存在于细胞质中的一种多功能丝氨酸蛋白酶,主要协助蛋白酶体和其他的胞外酶并且参与蛋白周期代谢。最近的数据显示,TPPⅡ对MHC-Ⅰ类分子抗原表位的产生与破坏均有重要作用,但是TPPⅡ在MHC-Ⅰ类抗原递呈中的具体作用机制尚有待进一步研究。本文综述TPPⅡ的细胞生物学特征,着重探究TPPⅡ在MHC-Ⅰ类抗原递呈中作用,并且指出TPPⅡ在新型疫苗设计上具有重要的指导意义。
Ripetidyl peptidase II is a multi-purpose macromoleeule serine protease existing in the cytoplasm, which can assists proteasome and other extracellular enzyme participating in the protein metabolism cycle. Recent figures showed that TPP II plays a vital contradictory role both in the generation and destroy of MHC- I antigen ligands. However, the mechanism involved in these processes remains unclear. In this paper, we first explore the cell biology characteristics of TPP II , and then focus on the role of TPPII in the process of MHC- I antigen presentation. Finally, we presume that TPP II has
