摘要
目的研究疗养院非现役文职人员的心理健康状况,及其与个性特质、应对方式的相互关系,为其心理教育和管理工作提供理论依据。方法采用一般情况调查表、症状自评量表(SCL-90)、卡特尔16种人格因素问卷(16PF)和特质应对问卷(TCSQ),数据采用SPSS15.0软件包进行统计分析。结果非现役文职人员心理健康水平与人格特征、应对方式等因素显著相关。结论疗养院非现役文职人员的心理健康状况受到个性、应对方式等因素的影响,为提高非现役文职人员的心理健康水平和保障能力,应考虑这些相关因素及因素间的关系。
Objective To study the more factors related to mental health with civilians employed by nonmilitary in sanatorium. Methods The 56 civilians employed by non-military were evaluated by Symptom Checklist 90（SCL-90） and General Personal Circumstances Questionnaire, Cattell＇s 16 Personality Factors Test （16PF）, Trait Coping Style Questionnaire （TCSQ）. Obtained data were analyzed with SPSS15.0. Results Mental health of civilian employed by non-military was significantly correlated to the personality and coping style. Conclusion The sanatorium non-military civilian personnel＇s psychologically healthy condition were influenced by the individuality, and facting mode, etc; to raise the non-military civilian personnel＇s psychologically healthy level and supporting capabilities, it should be to consider above relative factors and the relationship among the factors.
