摘要
目的探讨使用经腹腔腹膜前疝修补术(TAPP)在复发疝治疗中的方法和效果。方法采集2010年1月至2011年12月收治的复发性腹股沟疝患者87例,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果患者手术全部成功,平均住院时间3d,切口无感染,术后出现阴囊积液16例,需穿刺抽液。切口无感染。术后随访3个月至2年,无复发。结论应用TAPP行腹膜前疝修补治疗复发疝具有疗效确切、复发率低、并发症少的优势。
Objective To evaluate the curative effect and operation method of recurrent hernia with TAPP. Methods A total of 87 cases of recurrent insuinal hernia were enrolled between January 2010 and December 2011 and analyzed retrospectively. Results All eases were cured without any recurrence in 3 months to 2 years of follow-ups after operation. The mean of hospital day were 3 days. No incisional infection. There were 16 cases of scrotal hydrocele and reeoverd after application of puncture. Conclusions The method of patching at preperitoneal space for repair of recurrent hernia is a safe, credible treatment with rapid recovery and few complications.
