儿童风湿性疾病并肺间质病变的诊断与治疗 被引量：4

Diagnosis and Treatment of Rheumatic Diseases Associated Interstitial Lung Involvement in Children

摘要 风湿性疾病常累及肺部,是引起肺间质病变(ILD)的主要原因。风湿性疾病并ILD常起病急、病情重,是患者急性期死亡的主要原因之一,而ILD可以是风湿性疾病的首发症状。因此,提高对风湿性疾病并LID的认识、做出早期诊断和及时处理至关重要。现就常见风湿性疾病并ILD发生情况、临床、治疗及高分辨率CT的应用价值作一介绍。
