摘要
从垃圾填埋场的环境评价入手,通过对垃圾填埋场环评中现存问题的系统分析,确立了基于利益相关者分析的环境评价方法,构建了一般意义下的利益相关者损益决策分析模型。运用文章提出的方法及分析模型分析了环境评价体系现存问题的成因,提出了环境评价指标体系的改进思路。
From the current issue of environmental assessment in landfills by systematically analyzing on the problems in the assessment, the paper uses the stakeholder analysis theory to analyze the stakeholders of landfills, and finds the reasons existed in environmental assessment of landfills based on the simple review of the development and application of stakeholder analysis. And then it gives the countermeasure to the improvement of environmental assessment index system of landfills and the perfection of environmental assessment mechanism.
