摘要
陆路交通是整个交通系统的重要组成部分,低碳交通是城市交通发展的最终目标。实现广州陆路交通供需平衡是构建广州低碳陆路交通的战略手段之一。文章收集了广州2007年至2010年相关交通数据,结合经济与管理学的知识,运用供需模型对广州陆路交通的交通量、不同交通工具成本、私人交通工具的边际收益和边际成本、公共交通的边际收益和边际成本以及城市道路最优交通量等进行了分析,并从供给和需求两大角度出发为构建广州低碳陆路交通提出相关宏观调控对策。
Land traffic is an important component of the traffic system. Low carbon traffic is the ultimate goal of development of urban traffic. Guangzhou's land traffic achieves the balance of supply and demand is one of strategic means to build Guangzhou low carbon land traffic. This paper collects the related traffic dates from 2007 to 2010 of Guangzhou and combines with the economy and management knowledge, using the supply and demand model to analyze the quantity of land traffic, different traffic tool costs, the margin profit and marginal cost of private traffic tools, the margin profit and marginal cost of public transportation and the optimal number of urban road traffic. And from the perspective of supply and demand, the paper puts forward related macroeconomic regulation and control countermeasures to construct Guangzhou low carbon land traffic.
