摘要
简要论述了近年石蜡标准修订的内容,对石油蜡生产的影响和目前存在的问题,探讨了问题原因及解决方案。指出标准的调整对全精炼石蜡和食品蜡生产工艺的有一定影响,应对方案是选择适宜的原料,新型催化剂和适当的加工工艺及其组合,调整上游工艺,重点解决嗅味和机杂问题。
The content of petroleum wax standard revised in recent years was briefly discussed as well as its impact on petroleum wax production and current problems,causes of the problem were investigated and solutions were discussed.It’s pointed out that standard change has a certain influence on production process of refined paraffin wax and wax used for food,and corresponding methods are to select suitable raw materials,catalyst and process,adjust the upstream processes,and solve the problem of odor and mechanical impurities.
