摘要
基于国内外现有研究成果,针对制造业企业产品创新与工艺创新知识流耦合的现象,深入分析了影响知识流耦合的因素,提出了相应的假设,据此构建了制造业企业产品创新与工艺创新知识流耦合的理论模型。选择我国201家制造业企业作为研究对象进行问卷调查,运用结构方程模型对所提假设进行假设检验,研究结果表明:知识流耦合度、组织环境、知识传递方式和知识节点特性与知识流耦合效率正相关,知识特性与知识流耦合效率负相关,其中组织环境对知识流耦合效率的影响最大。
Based on both domestic and international existing research achievements, especially under the knowledge flow coupling circumstance of manufacturing enterprise product innovation and process innovation, the influential factors of knowledge flow cou- pling are in - depth analyzed, the corresponding hypothesis is accordingly proposed, a theoretical model of manufacturing enter- prise product innovation and process innovation knowledge flow coupling is constructed. The 201 manufacturing enterprises in Chi- na are chosen as the research objects in the questionnaire survey, and the structural equation model is used to verify the hypothe- ses. The results show that knowledge flow coupling efficiency is positively correlated with the degree of knowledge flow coupling, organization environment, knowledge transfer mode, and knowledge node characteristics, but the efficiency is negatively correla- ted with the knowledge characteristics, it is worth to point out that organization environment has the biggest influence on knowl- edge flow coupling efficiency.
